- 4.8 Authorize the District Manager to execute an agreement with Muwekma Ohlone Preservation Foundation in an amount not to exceed $12,000 to provide habitat and cultural consultation to inform development of the planned reports and plans in support of the Tri-County Land Cannabis Restoration Planning and Permitting Project.
