Associate Director Positions: To apply for appointment as an associate director, please send us a letter of interest.
Board of Director Positions: At the District's request (Resolution 2-04), Directors began to be appointed by the Santa Clara Board of Supervisors in 2002 due to the rising cost of elections, which were paid for by the District. The County appoints on a biennial basis in November of even-numbered years. A complete list of County Board and Commission appointments and opportunities, including anticipated District Director vacancies, can be found on the County's Office of the Clerk of the Board's webpage.
Consulting Opportunities: We sometimes use consultants to complete limited term special projects. Interested parties can subscribe to RFP/RFQ announcements.
District Compensation: In compliance with state law, we provide reports to the State Controller's office annually. Board and Staff member compensation can be viewed on the State Controller's PublicPay website.
