  • 4.2  Authorize the District Manager to execute a services agreement under the existing MOU with Alameda County Resource Conservation District (ACRCD) in an amount not to exceed $130,153.76 to provide natural resource conservation services, plans, and reports in support of the Tri-County Land Cannabis Restoration Planning and Permitting Project.
  • 4.3   Authorize the District Manager to execute a sole source agreement based on findings made pursuant to the District’s Bidding Policy in an amount not to exceed $134,815.00 with Blue Valley Engineering to perform engineering and technical services in support of the Tri-County Land Cannabis Restoration Planning and Permitting Project.
  • 4.4   Authorize the District Manager to execute an agreement with Philip Brownsey in an amount not to exceed $19,384.00 to prepare an ecological grazing management plan in support of the Tri-County Land Cannabis Restoration Planning and Permitting Project.
  • 4.5    Authorize the District Manager to execute an agreement for debris removal services with a qualified vendor for the Tri-County Land Cannabis Restoration Planning and Permitting Project pursuant to the District’s Bidding Policy.
  • 4.6    Authorize the District Manager to execute a landowner agreement with Tri-County Land LLC for the Tri-County Land Cannabis Restoration Planning and Permitting Project to: 1) give the District and Grantor access to the Project Site for 10 years for purposes of performing work, inspections, and monitoring; 2) consent to data collection and agree that data shall be accessible except where limited by law, regulation, policy, or security requirements; and 3) establish a reimbursement mechanism for potential cost overruns for permit application fees and debris removal related to the project.

  • 4.7    Authorize the District Manager to submit a proposal and budget, subject to District Counsel approval, to Santa Clara County FireSafe Council (SCCFSC) to serve as a core partner and CEQA lead agency (for Notices of Exemption only) for the SCCFSC’s CAL FIRE Business and Workforce Development grant application.  (revision to agenda title will be requested during meeting to amend this item to read " .... to serve as a partner for the SCCFSC's  ....." )
  • 4.8    Authorize the District Manager to submit a proposal and budget to Yolo County Resource Conservation District for inclusion in their concept proposal for California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) Healthy Soils Initiative (HSP) and State Water Efficiency & Enhancement Program (SWEEP) funding.
  • 4.9    Authorize the District Manager to execute an agreement with Solano County RCD and/or other qualified NRCS Technical Services Provider (TSP) to perform nutrient management plan services for an agricultural producer; charges to be reimbursed from pass-through funding (not to exceed $7,800) provided from the CDFA Conservation Agriculture Planning Grant Program (CAPGP).
