Service Area

Our District encompasses approximately 583 square miles and has an estimated service population of 300,577. Although the district does not include some of the incorporated areas of the county, we participate in agreements, MOU's and partnerships with other jurisdictions, public agencies and organizations located in those areas to expand service offerings and facilitate coordination of efforts benefiting our mutual watersheds.  You can see if the natural resource area you are interested in lies within our District by using the interactive map on the Santa Clara County LAFCO website. You can also check to see if you are a District constituent by using the "Lookup Your Districts" tool on the Santa Clara County Elections page.
