Frank Maitski has lived in San Jose since 1990 and was appointed to the Board in 2022 by the County Board of Supervisors.  He is a retired environmental engineer with over 30 years experience in the water utility and wastewater treatment fields.  He also served one year on the Santa Clara County Civil Grand Jury, and on the City of San Jose's Charter Review Commission. 

President Maitski was appointed to the District's Board of Directors in December 2022.
