Stephanie Moreno has served as the District's Executive Director and District Clerk since 2014, and is the chief executive managing the day-to-day operations and official records of the District. She also serves as District Secretary. She has over 30 years of management and supervisory experience in local government, including six years as an elected County Supervisor. Since her appointment in 2014, she has helped the District significantly expand its programs and strengthen its administrative operations, with a focus on improving public accountability and transparency; promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); and enhancing public outreach and education.
