San Mateo RCD releases 10,000 coho salmon into Pescadero Creek
"The San Mateo RCD released 10,000 endangered coho salmon into Pescadero Creek in November 2020. The release was a culmination of decades of work to restore the watershed, which could not have supported the salmon otherwise. Community members, federal and state partners, farmers and ranchers and the RCD all played a part. Watch the beautiful three minute video to see the San Mateo RCD and their partners in action."
